  • What to do if I receive a wrong product
    We’re really sorry about that, please return the incorrect item to us for a full refund or to get the correct product ordered by you

    Please allow 5 to 7days for your courier to reach us – we’ll send you an email to let you know when we’ve got it. Depending on your card issuer, it can then take up to 10 to 12days to show on your account.

  • Can I return an item for an exchange or I can get refund?
    We are unable to offer an exchange but if you would like to have different size or colour of the product please return the product us and place a new order

    No, items cannot be deleted from your order after the purchase has been confirmed. Any unwanted items can be returned with in 30 days of your order purchase and courier charges may vary.
